20 years or so later I enjoy this movie at a very different level. This is definitely one of the best movie in the dying-movie Genre.
Only a few scenes are shot with tele and it is amazing to see the composition of some wide angle scenes (waiting at the doctor's office for example).

I agree that the composition and attention to detail of many scenes is wonderful.
